This weekend High Voltage SB did her first international show after a little break and went with David to the beautiful and very traditional horse show in the north of France, to Dinard. But also one of our youngsters did his first bigger show: Lisa took Usher du Tillard to the very professional show in Samorin, which is right in the middle between Vienna and Bratislava.
Our horses were jumping at two ends of Europe this weekend. David took High Voltage SB to the north of France to compete at the CSI5* event in Dinard and Lisa went with Usher to the south-eastern end of Europe to show in Samorin.
We were very happy that David and High Voltage SB arrived very fit in France and were clear and in fourth place of the opening class of this big show with so many amazing riders and horses. Unfortunatelly they lost the luck at the next day and High Voltage SB was very afraid of one white jump, which looked like a huge gate. That was very atypical for her… However, David as he always is, stayed calm and called us very happy the next day, that High Voltage SB jumped very well the next day again, even though they had rails down. We are very happy that David took the mare to such a nice show and wish him a safe trip back. Next time the luck will be back, David!
Lisa showed our youngster, Usher du Tillard, in the Bronze Tour of the CSI* Summer Masters in Samorin. Our white giant, Usher, really liked the huge arenas at this very nice show and did a very good job. We are very proud of Lisa, who did a super job with Usher and developed him within only one year from a baby to a horse, who can start now to compete at such nice and big shows. Good job, Lisa!
